Travel tech is a web of third-party APIs, and guests feel every failure
A single booking can depend on a GDS or airline NDC API, a bed bank, a channel manager, a payment gateway, a fraud tool and a messaging service. When any of them is slow or out of sync, guests see wrong prices, double bookings or failed payments. Demand is seasonal and news-driven too, so the platform has to stretch for peaks and shrink afterwards.
We build resilient booking and inventory integrations, run elastic cloud for seasonal peaks, keep payment flows PCI-aware and secure, build guest-facing apps and deploy AI assistants on web and WhatsApp that handle routine questions and hand over to staff with context.
What travel and hospitality teams tell us
Mostly about inventory accuracy, peak traffic and guest communication.
“We had double bookings again”
Channel managers, OTAs and the PMS update availability at different speeds.
“Supplier APIs time out at peak”
Search slows down or fails when demand spikes and third-party APIs throttle.
“Guests message us at 2am”
Questions about check-in, baggage and changes arrive around the clock and in many languages.
“Payment failures and chargebacks are rising”
Authentication, fraud screening and refunds are not handled consistently.
“Look-to-book costs are hurting margins”
Every search hits paid supplier APIs, with little caching.
“Disruptions overwhelm the support team”
Delays, cancellations and weather events create sudden waves of contacts.

Supplier & inventory integration
The challenge
Rates and availability from GDS, NDC, bed banks and channel managers are slow, inconsistent or out of sync.
Our approach
We build an integration layer with normalised content, smart caching to control look-to-book costs, circuit breakers for slow suppliers and near-real-time availability sync with your PMS or booking engine.
What you get
- Normalised supplier content
- Caching to cut look-to-book costs
- Circuit breakers and fallbacks
- Real-time availability sync
Seasonal and event-driven scaling
The challenge
Holiday seasons, sales and travel news create spikes that the platform was never tested for.
Our approach
We make search and booking services scale horizontally, cache aggressively, protect suppliers with queues and rate limits, load-test against forecast peaks and scale back down to save cost afterwards.
What you get
- Autoscaling search and booking tier
- Caching and queue-based protection
- Peak load testing
- Post-season cost scale-down
Secure, PCI-aware payments
The challenge
Booking flows mix card data, multiple gateways, 3-D Secure, refunds and fraud screening.
Our approach
We reduce PCI scope with tokenisation and hosted fields, implement strong customer authentication correctly, control payment-page scripts and penetration-test the booking flow.
What you get
- Tokenisation and hosted payment fields
- Strong customer authentication flows
- Payment-page script controls
- Booking-flow penetration test
AI guest assistant on web & WhatsApp
The challenge
Repetitive questions about bookings, check-in, baggage and policies overwhelm staff, especially at night and during disruptions.
Our approach
We deploy an assistant grounded in your policies and booking data, on web and WhatsApp, in multiple languages, with secure booking lookup, proactive disruption messages and handoff to staff with context.
What you get
- Assistant grounded in your policies
- Secure booking lookup and changes
- Proactive disruption notifications
- Human handoff with full context
Direct booking & guest apps
The challenge
Heavy dependence on OTAs and their commissions, and a weak direct-booking experience.
Our approach
We build fast, accessible direct-booking websites and apps with technical SEO, connected to your PMS or booking engine, plus pre-arrival, check-in and upsell journeys.
What you get
- Fast, accessible booking site
- Guest app with digital check-in
- Pre-arrival and upsell journeys
- Technical SEO for direct demand
Rules shaping travel technology
Payments, borders, accessibility and passenger data all carry obligations. These are the ones we design for.
PCI DSS v4.0.1
Booking engines that take cards must meet the requirements that became mandatory on 31 March 2025, including payment-page script management and wider MFA.
PSD2 strong customer authentication
Card payments in the European Economic Area generally require SCA through 3-D Secure, with exemptions that need careful handling for bookings and stored cards.
Entry/Exit System & ETIAS
The EU Entry/Exit System began operating on 12 October 2025 with a phased rollout. ETIAS travel authorisation is due to follow. Customer communications and trip-planning content need to reflect both.
European Accessibility Act
Since 28 June 2025, websites, apps, e-ticketing and booking services for air, bus, rail and waterborne passenger transport must meet accessibility requirements, as must e-commerce booking services more broadly.
IATA NDC
IATA’s New Distribution Capability standard lets airlines distribute richer offers through XML APIs, and more airlines are moving content away from legacy channels.
GDPR & DPDP: passenger data
Passport, contact and travel-history data need purpose limits, retention rules and secure handling under GDPR and India’s DPDP Act.

Questions travel teams ask us
Yes. We integrate with GDS, airline NDC, bed-bank and channel-manager APIs, normalise their content and add caching and resilience. Access to some APIs requires your own commercial agreement with the provider.
With near-real-time availability sync between your PMS, booking engine and channel managers, idempotent booking operations, inventory locks during checkout and reconciliation jobs that flag mismatches.
It can look up bookings and handle defined changes securely after verifying the guest, and it hands anything complex or sensitive to your staff with full context. We decide those boundaries with you.
Yes. We build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform with approved templates for confirmations, reminders and disruption updates, plus two-way conversations with your team or the AI assistant.
Usually, yes: through smarter caching, request deduplication, shaping search traffic and monitoring look-to-book ratios per supplier.
