Who we are
Senior engineering without the agency layers
Radiatus started in 2021 with a simple conviction: teams shouldn't have to choose between moving fast and staying secure. We are an independent engineering studio, US-registered (Dover, Delaware) and serving clients globally.
Our work spans cloud architecture and migration, DevOps and infrastructure-as-code, generative AI and agents, penetration testing and HL7, FHIR and EDI healthcare integration. Security and compliance are designed in from the first sprint rather than bolted on before an audit.
We also build and run our own software — 13 live products, from a GRC platform to clinic and lab systems. Operating real production systems every day is what keeps our client advice practical.

Radiatus is an engineering studio. We design, build and operate cloud infrastructure, software and AI systems, security and compliance programmes, and healthcare integrations for clients — and we build and run our own software products on the same stack.
Radiatus is registered in the USA at The Green, 8, STE 15273, Dover, DE 19901, USA, and works with clients globally. Most engagements are delivered remotely, with working sessions scheduled around your time zone.
Yes. Alongside client work we build and operate 13 live products — including a GRC platform, a multi-cloud monitoring tool and clinic, lab and engagement software. Running our own production systems keeps our advice practical.
We help clients prepare for and align to frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR — scoping, gap assessments, controls and evidence. We do not present ourselves as an auditor or certification body; your certification is issued by an accredited third party.
