Radiatus works with organisations all over India — from early-stage SaaS teams to established manufacturers, hospitals and diagnostic chains. We are a registered MSME in India and a US-registered company, and we deliver remotely: there is no city where you need to visit us, and no city where we are too far away to help.
Most of our Indian engagements fall into a few patterns: moving workloads to the cloud (or making existing cloud cheaper and safer), automating delivery with DevOps and CI/CD, preparing for ISO 27001 or SOC 2 because an overseas customer asked for it, and building software — including the clinic and lab products we run ourselves for Indian practices.
What Indian teams most often ask us for
Cloud in Indian regions
AWS (Mumbai, Hyderabad), Azure (Pune, Chennai, Mumbai) and Google Cloud (Mumbai, Delhi) all run regions in India. We design cloud architecture that keeps data in-country where it matters, with DR across two Indian regions.
DPDP & CERT-In readiness
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and CERT-In's 2022 directions (6-hour incident reporting, 180-day log retention) change what "secure enough" means. Our security & compliance team maps them to concrete controls.
Export-ready compliance
Selling to US or European customers usually brings a security questionnaire, then a request for ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA or GDPR. We help you align and gather evidence; certification is issued by an independent auditor.
Healthcare & clinics
From ABDM-aligned FHIR integration to lab analyser interfacing, our HL7, FHIR & EDI integration practice and our own clinic software serve Indian healthcare providers.
Rules worth knowing if you run systems in India
CERT-In directions (April 2022) require covered organisations to report specified cyber incidents to CERT-In within six hours of noticing them, keep ICT system logs for 180 days within Indian jurisdiction, and synchronise clocks to designated NTP sources. That has direct consequences for logging architecture, SIEM retention and incident runbooks — areas our managed SOC and observability work cover.
The DPDP Act, 2023 sets out obligations for anyone processing digital personal data of people in India: notice and consent, purpose limitation, security safeguards, breach notification and the rights of data principals. Rules under the Act phase obligations in over time, so treat it as a programme, not a one-off project.
Sector regulators add their own requirements — the RBI and SEBI for financial services, for example (see our Mumbai page). We help you understand what applies; for formal legal interpretation, involve your counsel.

Questions from Indian teams
We deliver remotely rather than from city offices. Radiatus is registered in Dover, Delaware (USA) and as an MSME in India, and our engineers work with clients across the country over video calls, shared repositories and ticketing. On-site visits for workshops or cutovers can be arranged by agreement.
Yes. AWS, Azure and Google Cloud all operate regions in India, so we can design architectures where production data, backups and logs stay in Indian regions, including disaster recovery between two Indian regions.
Yes, on the technical and process side: data mapping, consent and retention controls, security safeguards, 180-day log retention and incident-reporting runbooks. We work alongside your legal advisers for formal legal interpretation.
Commercial terms, currency and taxes are agreed in the contract for each engagement. Tell us what you need when you contact us and we will confirm it in the proposal.
Anywhere in India. We have dedicated pages for Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai because of the work those cities bring, but we equally support teams in Pune, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Kochi, Ahmedabad and elsewhere.
